Project Description

Due to the successful partnership between Emmanuel College and Carroll Campus Development on the delivery of the Roberson Hall Project, CCD was proud to be selected as Emmanuel College’s Construction Manager on the next phase of their Growing Forward Project – a new Athletic Complex. The 77,500 sf facility will be constructed utilizing a pre-engineered building and metal roof system, with a combination of brick, precast and EIFS exterior. The interior is designed to be converted into an auditorium accommodating seating for 1500 during special events.

The new Athletic Complex will prove to be a major step in the revitalization of Emmanuel College’s campus facilities. Not only will the new athletic facility meet an immediate need for the college’s existing sports teams but also serve as a resource that will enable the school to add new athletic programs in the near future. Expanding their athletic offerings to future students is a major component of Emmanuel College’s retention and enrollment growth programs.
